Christmas is a good moment to slow down for a while – even in a world that usually operates in always on mode.
For ISON Pro, the past year was both intense and significant. Alongside our day-to-day operational work, the company went through an investment process that opened a new chapter in its development and created solid foundations for further growth. Today, we operate within a new investor structure, supported by Innova Capital and the EBRD.
On this occasion, I would like to extend my warmest wishes to our Clients, Partners, and Employees – wishing you peace, time for reflection, as well as energy and clarity of thought that will be essential in the year ahead, both in business and beyond.
I would also like to express my special thanks to the ISON Pro Team for your commitment, professionalism, and the sense of responsibility you bring to your work every day. It is thanks to you that we can continue to grow consistently and take on new challenges.

At ISON Pro, we have a tradition that truly matters to us.
Every year, during our pre-holiday team gathering, we present anniversary awards – in recognition of 10, 15 and 20 years of working together.

It’s a symbol that has been with us for many years.
Business changes, structures evolve, but the seagull has stayed. And every year, it returns.
This year, on December 5th, during our team trip by the sea, more anniversary seagulls arrived once again 🙂 And we’re genuinely happy to see that there are more of them with every passing year.
For us, this is the best proof that we’ve built a place where people choose to stay for the long term. Not only as colleagues – but as a team that knows one another, trusts one another, and simply enjoys working together.

We are pleased to announce that as of May 30, 2025, Punkta Pro Sp. z o.o. operates under a new name: ISON Pro Sp. z o.o.
This marks the next step in the evolution of our brand and a clear signal that we are entering a new phase of development – more technology-driven, more integrated, and even more attuned to the needs of our corporate clients.

The new name is not just a rebrand – it’s a commitment. We are proactive, professional, precise, and client-focused – and that’s exactly what we want to highlight in our identity. We remain focused on what we do best: end-to-end management of mass motor insurance programs and claims handling.
Thanks to our experience, proprietary IT systems, and expert team, we are able to manage hundreds of thousands of policies and claims – efficiently, transparently, and in line with the highest standards.
What’s changing?
Aside from the name – nothing that requires action on your part. We are still the same team, with the same approach and the same values. Our agreements, procedures, contacts, and teams remain unchanged. We’re changing the name because we’ve naturally matured into a brand that better reflects who we truly are.

This change is part of the rebranding of the entire Punkta Group, which, following the investment by the private equity fund Innova Capital and support from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, has been transformed into ISON Group. The new structure brings more synergies, more growth potential, and more investment in solutions that genuinely enhance the quality of service we provide.

We’re thrilled to announce another step forward in our development journey! This time, we’ve strengthened our brand through the acquisition of Inotis, one of the leaders in Poland in the field of claims handling.
Inotis handles over 70,000 claims annually, offering comprehensive solutions for a wide range of risks.
Thanks to this consolidation, the Punkta Group increases both the number and scope of claims handled annually by over 53%, marking a significant growth!
Now, we have the capability to fully manage the claims handling process internally, as well as act as a trusted outsourcing partner for external entities, including insurance companies.
Inotis has been operating in the market since 2005 and specializes in handling motor, property, and specialist-technical claims, providing professional support for industries such as construction, surveying, electrical, water, and gas.
With nearly 400 mobile assessors, Inotis is a significant player in the market, characterized by extensive experience and high service standards. As a dynamically growing participant in the claims handling market that prioritizes quality, we’re delighted that it has joined the Punkta Group.
